What is Uric acid and how it affects your body.

Uric acid is a chemical present in our blood. Increasing the level of which can lead to problems like gout or arthritis. Due to its increase, there is a complaint of swelling and pain in the hands and feet. In fact, when a large amount of urate crystals accumulate in the joints of the body, it causes pain.

Uric acid is a heterocyclic compound of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen with the formula C₅H₄N₄O₃. It forms ions and salts known as urates and acid urates, such as ammonium acid urate. Uric acid is a product of the metabolic breakdown of purine nucleotides, and it is a normal component of urine.

Uric acid builds up in the body when there is a lack of nutrients in the diet. It causes joint pain and arthritis. The disease is likely to start after about thirty. It is important to know the causes and home remedies.
It is easily said that uric acid is increased if any joint pain occurs and does not heal in a few days. Uric acid levels and the resulting arthritis are a nuisance to many young, middle-aged people. What exactly is 'uric acid', what makes it grow, what to eat, so that it is constantly under control. We will learn qualitatively from the point of view of Ayurveda. Properly covered, it will withstand a great deal of adverse conditions.

Maize and similar substances should be avoided altogether when uric acid is elevated or prone. Coming from any country, corn of any taste is vulnerable to uric acid. Consumption of urad dal, chanya dal, rajma, dried bitter gourd, sweet gourd, peas immediately increases the level of uric acid. Spinach, hemp, hemp, fenugreek, safflower and other leafy vegetables are seen to increase the problem. Pulses of paddy flour also aggravate this problem. It is beneficial to avoid the use of sugarcane juice and tamarind. Avoid airtight containers or packets currently available in the market. The chemical ingredients used to preserve these substances are likely to increase uric acid levels. Perishable foods, including unnatural perishable foods, should not be eaten during the illness. Pulses should not be used in excess in the diet. Uric acid is increased due to urad papada done in any way.
An increase in uric acid levels can be caused by three main factors: increased production of uric acid, decreased excretion of uric acid, or an adjustment of these two conditions. Hyperuricemia may or may not have symptoms. An increase in uric acid can lead to many medical conditions with symptoms.


Certain foods may increase uric acid levels
The uric acid problem is so long that many people skip the diet and develop the disorder; But the very best flavors of food appear to be lowering uric acid. The use of turmeric in this is more beneficial. Increase the amount of turmeric in various vegetables, and eat turmeric and ginger pickle regularly. It is better to add turmeric in green water, lentils, tur water and consume its soup. Although green gram, lentil, tur and matki are strictly prohibited, its boiled diluted water gives energy and reduces the incidence of this disease. Eating lots of legumes is also beneficial.Include lemon ,lime and oranges in the diet is extremely helpful.

Meat and uric acid
Avoid shrimp, crab, goat mutton, bheja, dried fish, halwa if non-vegetarians are bothered. Eat boiled eggs as much as possible. If sesame, stone flower, mire, ginger are used more in cooking this food, it is less likely to stick. However, fried fish should not be eaten. Coconut should be used in non-vegetarian foods. Consumption of pork, dried fish, stored meat is also harmful. It is beneficial to eat roasted meat or fish i.e. tandoor. If patients consume fried foods, there is a possibility of discomfort.


Home remedies for uric acid treatment
Eat 2 to 3 walnuts daily. 
Eating high fiber food like oatmeal, oatmeal,  beans, brown rice will absorb most of the uric acid and reduce its level.
Consumption of baking soda will also help in reducing uric acid. 


Which juice should you drink if you have uric acid?
cucumber juice,Tomato soup to control uric acid, foods containing vitamin C should be consumed.  
Lemonade Lemonade is also effective in controlling the amount of uric acid in the body.


Does exercises help to control levels of uric acid?
Exercise- Regular exercise plays a big role in keeping your uric acid levels low. Walk 30 minutes daily. Do strength training at least two days a week. Incorporate stretches and yoga into your routine.


Uric acid is a condition that can be easily cured by following a healthy diet.
